Borgata Settles $1.2 Million Lawsuit with Poker Player Scott ...

Scott Robbins filed a seven-figure lawsuit against the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa after he was booted from the property and handed a lifetime ban over a suicide joke Robbins made while he was checking in.

According to court records, the two parties reached an agreement on Sept. 9 but there wasn’t a formal filing with the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
